1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Blazing Blast Games. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Blazing Blast Games ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the blazingblastgames.com website and all associated digital services, interactive modules, content, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of this Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other individuals who access the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to Blazing Blast Games is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age requirement: You must be at least 19 years of age at the time of accessing the Platform. This is a firm requirement with no exceptions.
• Geographic requirement: You must be a resident of Canada accessing the Platform from within Canada.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable Canadian law.
• Account in good standing: You must not have had an account previously suspended or terminated by us for a violation of these Terms.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to deny or revoke access to any user who does not meet these criteria. We take our age restriction policy seriously and employ verification measures to help enforce compliance.

If you access the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that organization's behalf and that the organization agrees to be bound by these Terms.

3. Platform Description

Blazing Blast Games provides a free, social arcade entertainment platform featuring gem-themed interactive experiences for recreational enjoyment. Our flagship experience, Fire Joker Blaze, is a visually engaging digital arcade module designed to entertain adult users in a fun, relaxed environment.

Key characteristics of our Platform:

• Completely free: All features, interactive modules, and content on the Platform are provided at no charge. There are no subscription fees, pay-to-play mechanics, or in-app purchases of any kind.
• No monetary value: Any virtual credits, gems, points, or in-game elements within our modules have no monetary value whatsoever and cannot be exchanged for real money, prizes, physical goods, or any items of value outside the Platform.
• Social entertainment only: The Platform is designed purely for social entertainment and recreational enjoyment. It is not a financial product, investment vehicle, or service of any regulated nature.
• No prize redemption: Nothing on this Platform constitutes an offer or opportunity to win real-world prizes, money, or items of value.

We reserve the right to modify, expand, discontinue, or temporarily suspend any feature, module, or aspect of the Platform at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

4. Account Registration

Certain features of the Platform may require you to create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at hello@blazingblastgames.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their express authorization. You may not share your account credentials with others. Each user is permitted to maintain only one active account on the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information, violate these Terms, or are used in a manner we deem harmful to the Platform or other users.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You specifically agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable federal, provincial, or local law or regulation in Canada.
• Use the Platform to transmit, distribute, or store material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, server systems, or related network infrastructure.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform without our express written permission.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise discover the source code of any component of the Platform.
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful software or files to the Platform.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform.
• Collect or harvest any personal information from other users of the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose or for any public display without our prior written consent.

Violations of this Acceptable Use policy may result in immediate termination of your account and access, and may be referred to appropriate legal authorities where warranted.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, interactive modules, and the compilation thereof — is the property of Blazing Blast Games or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The "Blazing Blast Games" name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Blazing Blast Games. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational enjoyment. This licence does not include: the right to resell or make commercial use of the Platform or its contents; the right to collect and use any product listings, descriptions, or prices; the right to make any derivative use of the Platform or its contents; the right to download or copy account information for the benefit of any third party; or the right to use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

7. Virtual Content

The Platform may include virtual items, in-game currencies, digital gems, points, experience levels, or other virtual elements (collectively, "Virtual Content") that enhance the social entertainment experience. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All Virtual Content is owned exclusively by Blazing Blast Games and is licensed to you solely for use within the Platform.
• Virtual Content has no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, traded, gifted, or exchanged for real money or anything of monetary value.
• Virtual Content cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or refunded outside the Platform under any circumstances.
• We may modify, eliminate, or discontinue any Virtual Content at any time without liability to you.
• We may reset, expire, or remove Virtual Content from your account at any time and for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms.

If you choose to make any in-platform interactions involving Virtual Content, you do so purely for recreational enjoyment and acknowledge the strictly non-monetary nature of all such interactions.

8. Third-Party Content and Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Blazing Blast Games. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

We do not warrant the offerings of any third-party entities or their websites. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit. Any dealings you have with third parties found on or linked from the Platform are between you and the third party.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLAZING BLAST GAMES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
• The results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable.
• Any errors or defects in the Platform will be corrected.
• The Platform or servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you under applicable Ontario or Canadian consumer protection legislation.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLAZING BLAST GAMES, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE PLATFORM.

This limitation applies regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal or equitable theory, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Because some provinces do not allow certain limitations of liability, in such jurisdictions our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In Ontario, nothing in these Terms limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) or other applicable legislation.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute, claim, or controversy.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly at legal@blazingblastgames.com to seek an informal resolution. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve any concerns you raise.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For material changes, we may also provide additional notice through the Platform interface or via email where reasonably practicable.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, your only remedy is to discontinue using the Platform.
