iPad (iOS 14+) or Android tablet (Android 9+). The interface adapts beautifully to larger touch screens.

Smartphone

iPhone (iOS 14+) or Android phone (Android 9+). A screen width of at least 360px is required for the full experience.

Internet Connection

A stable broadband or 4G/5G mobile connection. Minimum 5 Mbps recommended. The game is optimised to load efficiently even on slower connections.

Solving Common Issues

Most technical issues with the Fire Joker Blaze can be resolved in a few minutes by following the steps below. Work through the relevant section for your issue.

🚫 The game is not loading

  1. Check that your internet connection is active and stable. Try loading another website to confirm.
  2. Perform a hard refresh: press Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows/Linux) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac).

  4. If you are on a mobile device, close background apps and ensure your device is not in a low-power mode, which can throttle performance.
  5. Try restarting your browser completely and loading the game fresh.

🖥️ The display looks wrong or images are missing

  1. Ensure your browser zoom level is set to 100%. Press Ctrl + 0 (Windows) or Cmd + 0 (Mac) to reset to default zoom.
  2. Clear your browser cache to ensure you are loading the most current version of all page assets.
  3. Check that images are not being blocked by a browser extension or security software.

📱 Touch controls are not responding on mobile

  3. Check that your screen protector is clean — dirt or debris on the screen surface can interfere with touch sensitivity.

  5. Restart your mobile device if touch issues persist across multiple apps.

🍪 The age verification or cookie notice keeps reappearing

  1. This usually happens when your browser is set to clear cookies when it closes, or when you are browsing in private/incognito mode. These modes do not save data between sessions.
  2. To prevent the confirmation from reappearing, use a regular (non-private) browser window and ensure your browser is set to retain cookies from blazingblastgames.com.
  3. Check your browser's cookie settings and make sure Blazing Blast Games is not in a blocked list.
